Abstract
Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) is one of the viruses that can cause cervical cancer. However, vaccination can prevent such virus. The spread of the virus on cervical cancer can be modeled in SI model, however such model has not produced accurate result. The development and extension of the model into S1S2IRC with S1 denotes the population age 0 – 10 years and S2 represent the population over 10 years which is susceptible to HPV infection. The results produces a disease free and endemic equilibrium points. The analysis on the equilibrium points yields that the disease free equilibrium point will be asymptotically stable for R0 < 1 and R0 > 1 for endemic equilibrium point. The results indicate that the bigger the probablity of human prone to the HPV virus the bigger the chance of these individuals be infected by the virus. Therefore vaccination is required to protect the virus infection.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse the science students- Grade Point Average (GPA) on the basis of admission recruitment systems, gender and the origin of high schools. The research was conducted in the Faculty of Science and Engineering Undana. The anaysis focused on the first year students of the program to determine whether there is a significant difference in the GPAs on the admission grounds, gender and where their high schools were from. This was a survey research with cross-sectional approach, where data was taken at the same time period. The results indicate that students admitted through selection based upon secondary high school grades- (SNMPTN) perform nearly as well as those admitted via SBMPTN and Independent selection process. In addition female and male students produce indifferent GPAs. The analysis also revealed that the origin of students- secondary high schools do not affect significantly in students- academic performance in their first year university. This contradicts to the community assumption that students admitted through particular admission process and from particular areas in the province perform better academically than others.

Abstract
There are many educational applications nowadays, which permit students to strengthen theoretical and/or numerical concepts as an interactive approach. This research presents an educational application to support acid-base titration “self-learning” in flipped science education. This educational application is based on an ad-hoc open MATLAB code, which aims to create acid-base titration curves as self-learning in an interactive and collaborative layout. With this flipped educational application, students can practice and repeat comprehensive titration alternatives, i.e. strong, weak or polyfunctional titration acids and bases. Also, for each titration, each compound in different concentration can be chosen as the titration for the science education. The results show the proposed educational application as “self-learning” plans the titration curve, the former curve derivative and the numerical results. Particularly, students can have the opportunity to compute and analyze the titration-s final point graphically and numerically. Therefore, this flipped educational application is a possible and practical method to develop the fundamental concepts of acid-base titration via the numerical exercise practice supported by computer-based design.

Abstract
This study aims to determine and describe students mathematical problem solving abilities in geometry material, namely to build a flat side space. Based on the results of the TIMSS and PISA studies and literature studies indicate that there are still many students who have difficulty in the cognitive process to understand problems and solve problems in word problems. This fact raises this research which aims to investigate the ability to solve problems and difficulties carried out by students in solving material problems in building flat side spaces. This research is qualitative research, involving 26 one of the junior high schools in Bandung which was selected using random sampling techniques. Analysis of the ability to solve problems in this study is based on Polyas steps, namely understanding the problem, devising the plan, implementing the plan and looking back. Data collection techniques used in this study were written tests and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between students problem solving abilities with reflective and impulsive cognitive styles. The results of this study indicate that Impulsive students tend not to go through the stages of planning completion, error calculations, and reluctant to re-examine the solutions that have been found. Unlike the case with Reflective students.

Abstract
Students of Primary School Teacher Education Study Program generally have a universal high education background. In science course, students tend to do the learning process individually so that it results in uneven learning achievement. There must be an effort by lecturers to improve the skills and interests of students in science course, so that students increase in solving various learning problems, especially science. Thus students who have less academic ability to learn will improve their academic abilities. Thinking skills and science processes must be developed through science learning with certain models to foster the achievement of students to think creatively, innovatively and productively. Practicum method is a very effective method for science learning, because practicum helps students as prospective teachers to find answers with their own business based on the actual data. Practicum can be done is macro scale, in this case the weakness for science practicum is high cost. The purpose of the research is to increase students interest and skills using the micro-scale practicum learning method in the Chemistry study course. The research subjects were 209 students of the Pakuan University Semester III Primary School Teacher Education Study Program. During the learning process, observations about student cooperation at the time of the practicum are conducted. The observation results for each cycle were evaluated as a reflection material in the next cycle to improve students skills and interest in accordance with the set targets. Data analysis was conducted in quantitative descriptive. The practicum material that is applied is material in the subject of Chemical study course with a micro scale. From the results of the T-test, it was found that there were significant differences. This means that the understanding of the concept and Science Process Skills (KPS) increases after prospective teacher students experience the practical learning process of Chemistry study course material on a micro scale. From the results of the average value of understanding the concept, increasing from 62.42 to 86.68 and science process skills increased the average value from 56.19 to 87.86. 94% of prospective teacher students respond positively, that is, agree and strongly agree that the Chemistry study course process with a micro-scale practicum can improve science process skills and understanding the materials in the study subjects for college student of Primary School Teacher Education Study Program.

Abstract
This case study aims to obtain an overview of cognitive levels in science items tests used in the secondary school assessments in Banten Province. Cognitive level analysis was carried out on 3 types of science assessment documents (1) national examination (UN) from year 2017 and 2018; (2) national standardized school examination (USBN) used in eight districts from year 2018, and (3) summative tests taken from 8 secondary schools in each district of Banten Province. Determination of cognitive level was using Bloom taxonomy revision. In addition, data collection was conducted through questionnaires to capture information about teachers professional development on designing science items test. The questionnaire was responded by 30 science teachers from representatives of 4 districts in Banten province: Lebak, Serang, Cilegon and Tangerang. Interview was conducted for 5 selected teachers to get deeper information about PD programs. The results showed that percentage of cognitive levels in UN documents especially for higher level questions (Level C4) has increased over the past two years. Meanwhile, lower level questions has decreased especially for level C1 questions. Cognitive level analysis of USBN document showed that the highest percentage (50%) of cognitive levels is level C2, followed by level C3 of 26%, and 18% of level C1. The analysis of cognitive levels in summative test document showed that the questions with level C2 have the largest proportion (56%), followed by the questions of level C1 and C2 with the same proportion of 22%. There were no higher level questions which made by teachers in USBN and summative test documents. Misalignment of cognitive level was occurred between basic competency standard (KD) and teachers questions in summative test documents especially for KD with analyzing (Level C4) verbs. The teachers professional development programs related to assessment and test item development were still lack of direct practices especially for developing higher level questions. Intensive teachers professional development programs are really needed to improve teachers skills in developing higher level items test.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the components needed in developing phenomenon-based learning to stimulate reasoning and spiritual awareness on earth and space science concepts. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the need assessment stage include three aspects including the analysis of IPBA learning, preliminary studies and policy studies. The results of the IPBA concept analysis show that the IPBA concept is related to various natural phenomena that cannot be directly observed, requires the ability to reason in understanding the IPBA concept, various visualization media such as animations, simulations, scientific models, drawings, and graphics and tables can be utilized to facilitate understanding IPBA concepts. In addition, various IPBA concepts have the potential to in still spiritual attitudes related to awareness and belief in the nature of God. The results of policy studies show that Law No. 12 of 2012 requires learning that is able to develop students- reasoning skill and facilitate the development of students thinking abilities, talents and interests. PP No. 8 of 2012 concerning the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) suggests the need to develop affection, one of which is to fear God who is almighty. The real conditions show that learning had not yet explored the ability to reason and has not been oriented to spiritual values. The results of the preliminary study showed that according to students perceptions, the concept of earth science could not be observed directly so it was difficult to understand. Students reasoning ability is also relatively low. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop phenomenon-based learning to stimulate the students- reasoning skill and be oriented to spiritual awareness
